1 unhappy because you keep thinking about a problem, or are anxious about something: Don't look so worried - we'll find him.

2 you had me worried spoken used to say that someone made you feel confused or anxious because you did not properly understand what they said, or did not realize that is was a joke: You had me worried there for a minute - I thought the house really had burnt down!
3 I'm not worried spoken used to say that you do not mind what happens: “Shall we go out or stay in?” “Oh, I'm not worried - whichever you want.”
